What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping costs are based on the approximate weight of each item. We offer the lowest shipping charges available from UPS. We do not add on any extra fees. What they charge is what you will pay. Charges are based on the distance between the warehouse and your zip code. When you add an item to your cart, the UPS calculator will add in shipping costs after you enter in your location.
How long does it take to receive your handmade items?
Approximately 2 weeks, each item is made to your specifications, they are not massed produced. The items are made when your order is received, so that you receive the finest quality and you know that your purchase hasn't been sitting around for long periods of time. Everything is freshly made!
What is the availability of your products?
Handmade items are always available, they are made when you purchase them. Our warehouse items are almost always in stock and if they are not, are usually restocked within 2 weeks. Some items will get discontinued before we have a chance to remove them from the site. However we always try our best to stay on top this. Sometimes we are not informed of this until we reorder. We always issue a prompt refund on these products.

Can I place an order over the phone?
