Returns and Back Orders
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of any returns, returns are subjected to a 20% restocking charge. Please reorder items not shipped with your next order. We do not routinely back order merchandise. However we will occasionally back order special items.
Damage and Shortages
All shortages and damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton and packing materials and call your local UPS office for an inspection.
Shipping Information Shipping: All in-stock items will be shipped within one week. Please allow up to two weeks for items that are hand-made. I will e-mail you with a projected ship date upon receipt of your order. All orders will be shipped UPS, Fed-EX or USPS. I will always ship at the best rate.
Guarantee: We personally guarantee our products. If, for any reason you do not like your purchased items, please e-mail us immediately to resolve the issue. We will replace the items or provide a full refund, minus shipping cost providing the item is returned within 7 days and product is in original condition.
Shipping charges will be based on the weight of your package. We usually ship most orders within 24 hours. However, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons. We pride ourselves in quick and efficient service and strive to put a RUSH on each and every order. We ship UPS or USPS.
All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping. Orders to Hawaii will ship via air mail. Orders to Alaska will ship via UPS Ground.
